Meeting at 6:00 8/23/02

The most important thing of a race like this is the planning stage of the race. Today's meeting we will plan for many hours our strategy for defeating the classics and peak I as that is my teams goal. The logistics of such a race is overwhelming. With three motor-homes, three support vehicles, timing and toothpaste, it's nuts.

This week I have to have some patches made for our team. . I also have to obtain some stereo equipment to be mounted on the front of the Klondike assault vehicle. Pictures to come.

Oil has been changed and fluids that needed to be added to the jeep were completed today 9-2-02

Still looks like we will need to find people to run on our team. It seems to be the strategy of the other teams to steal our runners and make us run multiple legs to tire us out... We are strong and we will survive this lil' set back
