PalEd
PalEd is a little palette editor that I created with Borland C++Builder 1.0. It
was just a utility that I created quickly for myself because I have
never found a good 256-color palette editor. After I created it,
I thought that maybe somebody else would use this program so I wrote
a help file and made it a little more user friendly.
Features:
-
Loads and edits palettes from
.bmp files
-
Has the ability to blend
between two colors in the palette to create
smooth gradients
-
Can rotate the entire palette
forward or backwards
-
Allows you to copy single or
multiple palette entries and paste them in a new
spot in the current palette or in another palette
-
One level of undo
-
Freeware (best feature)
System Requirements:
-
Windows 95/98/NT
-
256 color display (16 or 24
bit color highly recommended)
