Bed & Breakfast in Private Guest Cabins
Skagway, Alaska

Forget-me-not Cabin

You are invited to rent one of the two cozy yet modern log cabins located in a peaceful wooded setting behind my home. Breakfast foods (including home-baked goodies) are provided, and a hammock and BBQ are available for you to use. A smaller budget cabin closer to the house is also available. The cabins are available mid-May through mid-September and rates range from $55 to $155 double.

Cindy's Place is located two miles from downtown Skagway. Courtesy transportation to and from town is provided so having your own car is nice but not essential. If you wish to drive up the pass or out to Dyea, you will want to rent a car for a day. Avis and Sourdough rent cars in Skagway. (Note: If you are a Canadian resident you can't rent a car in the U.S. to drive into Canada.)

Cabin Descriptions & Rates

Cindy's Place offers a variety of comfortable accommodations
in a picturesque setting in Skagway, Alaska.

The Forget-me-not Cabin (photos above) has lived up to its name, providing wonderful memories for the many guests who have tucked themselves away in its cozy quarters. Built of logs, it is carpeted, has a modern bathroom, and is furnished with a queen-sized bed, table & chairs, wood stove and electric heater, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabin is well-stocked with continental breakfast foods plus fresh baked goods are brought up the evening before (that I'm told rarely last till morning) so you can sleep in or rise as early as you please. It's an ideal getaway for one or two persons, but is tight with a third adult. Rates are $150/double for one night or $125/double for stays of 2 or more nights; less $10 for singles.

Arctic Poppy Cabin

The Columbine Cabin is also built from logs. Bigger than the Forget-Me-Not Cabin, it is carpeted, has a modern bathroom, and has a queen-sized bed and twin bed on the main level plus a twin mattress in a sleeping loft. It also has a table & chairs, electric heat, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and same array of breakfast foods. It's ideal for families or adults who wish separate beds and sleeps four comfortably (five max). Rates are $150/double for one night or $125/double for stays of 2 or more nights, $5 more for a double with separate beds, $20 each additional person on one night stays or $15 each additional person on multi-night stays.

Columbine Cabin

There is no shower but showers may be purchased in town at several locations. A light continental breakfast of toast and hot beverages is included for $50/single or $65/double. A discount of $5 per bed is given to travelers using their own bedding and towels.
