All The Comforts of Home B7B

High Above the City, On the Edge of the Wilderness

This renowned Bed & Breakfast is one of the original "home stays" in the area. You'll leave the rat race far below as you ascend into the Chugach Mountains. We are located at 1100' elevation with one of Anchorage's prettiest views. Five wooded acres of unspoiled Alaskan wilderness surround this custom built cedar home. The sweeping view includes the city's lights, Cook Inlet, Denali, distant glaciers, islands, mountains and three active volcanoes.

Nearby recreational opportunities include hiking, climbing (Flattop Mountain in Chugach Park is Alaska's most frequently climbed peak), rollerblading, bike paths, tennis, horseback riding, zoo, heated public pool, golf, skating, skiing, snowboarding and wildlife viewing. Alaska's largest mall, restaurants, cinemas, Anchorage's Coastal Trail Wildlife Refuge, access to all highways and services are 10 minutes away. We are 15 scenic miles from downtown, the Glenn Highway, all airports, train stations, military bases and the Port of Anchorage.
