Conditions of Vacation Giveaway Redemption

  1. Entries into the RiverSide House Free Alaska Vacation Giveaway limited to one entry per household.
  2. Free Vacation not redeemable in the month of July in any year.
  3. Ground transportation, meals, not included in Vacation Giveaway.
  4. Vacation Giveaway, all or in part, is not redeemable for cash.
  5. Vacation Giveaway redemption reservations may not be changed within 30 days of reservation date.
  6. The RiverSide House reserves the right to use the Winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes.
  7. Air travel, Hotel reservations, and Fishing Charters to be arranged by the RiverSide House only.
  8. Free air transportation from major airline hub in contiguous United States.
  9. Vacation Giveaway will only be awarded to persons over the age of 18.
  10. Vacation Giveaway winner may assign the award to anyone of their choice over the age of 18.
  11. Vacation Giveaway is transferable in it's entirety only. It's contents may not be assigned separately.

Conditions of Promotional Vacation Package

  1. Promotional Package rate based on double occupancy and availability.
  2. Promotional Package not available for redemption in month of July.
  3. Ground transportation, airfare, meals not included in package.
  4. Promotional Package price may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
  5. Promotional Vacation Package price valid for new reservations only.
  6. Promotional Package reservations subject to current RiverSide House deposit & cancellation policies.

 

The RiverSide House, their agents, employees, contractors, etc. specifically disclaim any liability which is not the result of their specific negligence. We assume no liability for acts of omission or negligence by other persons and are not responsible for accidents, fire, theft, acts of God or other forces of nature, travel cancellations or delays, loss of equipment, fishing restrictions, or any other acts beyond our control. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued due to late arrivals or early departures.

Privacy Policy

The RiverSide House may, at its discretion, provide the names of entrants into our Free Alaska Vacation giveaway to our Promotional Affiliates. We will not disclose any information regarding reservation or general information inquiries to anyone. However, should a situation arise where we are required by law to disclose such information, we will fully cooperate with such a request.
