Horse Talk

           I believe that equines have the most accessible spirit of any being and that women talk to their horses more because most women are very spiritual and have the ability and the desire to communicate more with the horse.

            We speak in sentences, which the horse probably ignores because, like some autistics, they do not understand that speaking is a form of communications. When women are talking to their horses they are sending spiritual   communications in "feeling words" such as, love, safety, yes, no, praise, confidence, comfort, etc. Most men, have a thick wall around their spirit.
            Their are men who are exceptions, of course, but a lot of men seem to want to  be "horse shouters" rather than horse whisperers.

           If you know any machos who believe this is sissy stuff, I am 63 years old and in addition to driving, I ride jumpers and bulls. I have broken ten ribs and smashed a lung in the past year and am ready to ride bulls again next week.  Tell them to come ride with me.

          We are all given to theories from time to time and this is my basic theory about horse communications and probably worth just what you are paying for it. However, it is the basis for all of my dealings with horses and seems to work for me, especially on horses with severe behavioral and performance problems.

          Actually, I don't believe that you have to say a word, in fact sounds may be distracting, just as they are to autistics with auditory sensory problems.

            Just stand by your horse, softly rub their neck, open your spirit wide, and feel what you want to communicate. They will receive your message unless your spirit is locked tight, in which case they may show fear. It might tell you something about your own spirit.

Hope it will help a horse to be understood. Intend to write a book about the 
spiritual horse and am collecting stories about spiritual communications.

about communications. I would love to receive these.

My most recent experience with very strong spiritual communications is in 
therapeutic riding where the horses spirits are so communicative they will 
almost knock you over. Try it. You will be amazed!
