Rock'n U Rodeo has been in business since 1996 in Alaska. The business is owned and operated by Reggie Strout of Palmer, Alaska, and Joe Anderson of Anchorage, Alaska. Both Reggie and Joe are long time rodeo competitors in the lower 48 as well as Alaska. Their goal was to promote the " Old Cowboy Way" in Alaska. With many business opportunities in Alaska they wanted to promote the fasted growing sport in the world. In 1997 Bob Thain owner of Thain Productions along with Shawn Davis brought the "Wild West Bull Riding" show to Alaska. Using Rock'n U Rodeo stock as well as local competitors. The show was a great success! Rock'n U Rodeo is one of the few "full service" stock contractors in Alaska. Rock'n U Rodeo handles rodeos from beginning to end, including setting up the advertising, obtaining the local sponsors, and of course bringing the livestock (bulls, horses, calves, and steers) and personnel (announcers, clowns, pickup men, judges, timers, etc.) necessary to produce the rodeo. Rock'n U Rodeo also set up the ticket sales, bring the chutes & panels, and even obtain the forklifts and other equipment necessary to put on a rodeo. ROCK'N U RODEO WILL DO IT ALL. Because professional rodeo is growing faster than any other sport and Rock'n U Rodeo is rapidly becoming a household name around the sport in Alaska. Rock'n U Rodeo will be making its presence known at several other areas in the State of Alaska.
