Public Forum Rules:
    The Public Forum is just what it says - like an old time meeting hall where you get to say what you think.  Remember though, once it is in writing, you can'ttake it back - just try to explain it away.
    All comments will contain the full name of the person who made them and a home phone number for confirmation
    Requests for anonymity need to read our POLICY page before you consider requesting it.
        No document  that requests anonymity will be published without consultation and
 agreement by all parties.  Please click on  POLICY to understand our position on this topic.
    Insight Passage's, Inc. staff reserves the right to edit published statements to remove those  which it deems to be slanderous, defamatory,libelous or just really bad taste.  The idea for this board is constructive interaction and to let the "powers that be" know our  feelings/thoughts - not  to be a shouting match.  For example, no personal threats or  abusive language would be unacceptable.
    Respect for the opinions/feelings of others is required.  Agreement or acceptance is not.
    Try to be brief and clear.  Multi-page manifestos will be synopsized by the staff.  If you want the whole soapbox, get together with some like-minded people and buy a page

General rules of the board:
    All email and written comments to and about the Board are considered to be
        public.
    Government agencies, Non-profit Corporations and Community Services
        will not be charged for plain  listings and/or links to home pages.   Separate pages
         or large entries for special events/programs will be contracted.
    Private businessesin the Copper River Basin and links to their home pages, if
        they have them, will  be listed for free but special advertising (banners, gif's,
        special tables, separate pages) will be charged at varying rates.   Click on rates
        to get an approximation.
    Classified ads & job offers will be charged a flat rate of $7 per month for  each
        typed line.  Payment for the first month must accompany the written ad or
        arrangements made with IPinc.  Specialty effects will have specialty prices.
    Community Events will be posted in plain text and fancified as we have time
        and desire.  Fancy community events announcements that come fully
        developed in electronic form, and do not exceed 1/8 page will be posted at no
        charge.  If IPinc. is requestedto jolly up the ad, then an hourly rate will
        apply.

    This Board has been created and distributed by a private entity as a public service to the Communities and People of the Copper River Valley.  We will make every effort to provide accurate information in a timely manner.
    The System Administrator, Staff and Board of Directors will not be held responsible for:
