After
the Labor Day weekend,
the
traffic and crowds slacken up,
clam
digging at low tides is popular,
and
the leaves turn golden.
Fishing
is still good,
and
the long sunsets
behind
the volcanoes on the opposite side of Cook Inlet
are
radiant with color, long lasting and beautiful.
