Formerly used as a business office, the front unit was remodeled in the spring of 1998 to include a kitchenette and shower. While the building is certifiably an "antique", the majority of its furnishings and fixtures are new. It is approximately 600 square feet in size.
LIVING AREA: The front room is furnished with a leather loveseat, large captains chair and ottoman, dinette, end table , TV(cable), phone (guest may make local calls or use their long-distance phone cards), etc. A bookcase is filled with books and several games. Since umbrellas may be considered by some guests as a "bear" necessity, they too are furnished. For the business traveler we also provide a fax/phone/copier machine.
BEDROOM: The bedroom has two beds (queen/full-size mattresses), a wardrobe, dresser with mirror, and an alarm clock. "Bear" necessities include your choice of either cozy down or polyester comforters and feather, down, or polyester pillows.
BATHROOM: The basic "bath" (Shower Only). Shampoo/Conditioner, Soap & towels, etc., are furnished.
KITCHENETTE: Although small, this NEW
kitchen includes a 10 cubic foot refrigerator, stove w/ oven, microwave, automatic coffee
pot, blender, electric skillet and other "bear" necessities. Your first
morning's stay includes a continental breakfast.

Grocery delivery is available from both Hammer & Wikan and The Trading Union. In addition to delivery service, Hammer & Wikan also offers a courtesy van for rides to and from their grocery (or hardware) store.
