General Information

Welcome soccer players and parents! This soccer club was organized is to promote and provide nonprofit, public educational soccer competition for boys and girls under nineteen years of age, regardless of race, color, or creed, for the following reasons:

To provide education in the rules and skills of soccer

To provide good, wholesome, competitive fun

To foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of Alaska’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition

To develop all-round athletic skills

To develop good character and sportsmanship

Comp Soccer Facts

Sign-up costs range from approximately $200 to $210 if your son or daughter is selected for a team, fees are due May 20

Insufficient checks will be assessed a $10 fee.

Count on at least two practices per week in the Valley

Usually two games per week in Anchorage or Eagle River

At least four tournaments during the summer, two in Anchorage, one in Fairbanks, and the state tournament which rotates sites

If the team is successful at the State tournament, it will mean out of state travel to Regionals

The Fairbanks soccer fields allow camping on site and there are hotels nearby, but you must reserve your room as early as possible

Requirements: team uniform including extra shirt and shin guards, cleats, players own ball, and water bottle

Once selected for a team, you will need to provide an original birth certificate, and a small current picture

Ina K Tournament June 6- June 8

Midnight Sun Tournament June 20-June 22

Far North Tournament July 18- July 20

State Cup will be held August 7-August 10 in Palmer this season

Consider helping in some capacity, it's greatly needed, plus you will enjoy being with a great group of kids.
