DEKTITES
We, also, can provide ITW Buildex Dektite and Retrofit Dektite pipe flashings. They are basically rubber or silicone boots for most plumbing, heating, and exhaust vents which penetrate through your roof. There are two basic types of Dektites: regular (gray EPDM; -30F to 250F) and hi-heat (orange silicone, -40F to 350F). They are made from a long lasting, flexible, weatherproof, non-cracking, non-breaking material with a flexible, corrosion resistant aluminum base which can conform to any panel configuration. They have been proven resistant to ozone and ultra-violet light. They are designed for 1/4" to 24" diameter pipes. Do what the sheetmetal pros recommend! Why fight a metabestos flashing, use an easy to install one piece Dektite-- save time and money!

If you have a situation where you can no longer install a Dektite from above, for instance, an electrical wire post and it costs too much to call the electric company, then a Retrofit Dektite would probably work for you!

CLOSURES
We, also, can provide top and bottom foam closures! They help reduce air infiltration and make it harder for the bugs to come in under the roofing panels.
