Revitalization

In cooperation with the Denali Commission, Alaska Public Broadcasting, Inc. is repairing or replacing the ARCS delivery equipment located in the 230 plus communities currently served. In many locations, time and mother nature have conspired to degrade the service. In addition, populations have moved making the original service design inadequate for today’s needs. APBI is working its way down the list communities with known problems and will continue to do so over the next couple years. Hopefully, the system can be fully restored to quality service in each community.
