Your hotel in Anchorage is one mile from the airport and a convenient 10 minutes to downtown. The Regal Hotel is a first-class hotel on the shores of picturesque Lake Spenard, where you can watch float planes take off and observe nature in Alaska. Dinner will be a succulent banquet presented for you in one of the hotel\rquote s private rooms. After dinner relax and enjoy t he unique turn-of -the-century atmosphere in the Fancy Moose Lounge, or try out the Physical fitness facilities which are available 24 hours a day in the Regal's complimentary health club. Your conference/meetings will be held in one of the hotel's conference rooms which overlook Lake Spenard. Dine, after the conference, at the Snow Goose Restaurant & Sleeping Lady Brewing Company. After dinner, enjoy an Anchorage Pub Crawl with the Magic Bus. Visit some of our best local bars; Chilkoot Charlies (referred to by the locals as KOOTS), Humpy's the most happening place in town, and the Fly By Night to be entertained by Mr. Whitekeys and his crew with a comedians rendition of local events, politics and history. Overnight in Anchorage. The next day, travel by bus to Wasilla. Your adventures will begin with a true Alaskan Wilderness adventure - snowmachine Knik Glacier. The Knik Glacier trail takes you on an exciting trip along a vast river basin ending at the famous Knik Glacier. Moose and Dall sheep can frequently be seen along this trail. You will be furnished with all the cold weather, safety, and snowmachine gear you will need and provided with an unforgettable experience you'll talk about for years to come. Overnight at Lake Lucille Lodge on the shores of Lake Lucille. Dine in the glass enclosed restaurant overlooking beautiful Lake Lucille. Embark on a dogsledding venture in Willow, Alaska with Lucky Husky Racing Kennels. You will be given a guided tour through the Kennels, be introduced to the huskies, and be given safety and theory instructions, hitch up the dog teams and mush for 1 to 2 hours (12-16 miles). Browse through the gift shop or warm-up inside the cozy wall tent, heated in the old Alaskan way, by wood stove. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cookies will be served. Return to Anchorage for a farewell lunch at Sourdough Mining Company. Visit the Alaska Wildberry Products factory and gift shop, home of the world famous Alaska jams, jellies, and the world's largest Chocolate Waterfall. You will be transported to the Airport to board your plane home taking with you life long memories of The Last Frontier.

IT-2 DENALI 3-DAY TOUR

Day 1 Anchorage - Denali Park

Day 2 Denali National Park - Wildlife & Gold Tour

Day 3 Denali - Talkeetna - Anchorage

From Anchorage, travel north & tour the Eklutna Indian Graves where the bright little spirit houses in the cemetery are painted in the family's traditional colors. Next stop is to visit the warm and woolly musk oxen at the Musk Ox Farm. Continue to the Iditarod Headquarters, home of the world famous dog-sled race. Continue on towards Denali, where several optional tours are available including Whitewater or scenic float trips on the Nenana River, and Helicopter flightseeing. Overnight at Denali. Embark on a four to five hour tour which takes you approximately 95 miles into Denali National Park, stopping frequently to observe bears, caribou, moose, wolves, foxes, and many smaller animals and birds, 132 species in all. Weather permitting you should be able to see and photograph Mt. McKinley, North America\rquote s tallest mountain (elev. 20,230 feet). At the roadhouse enjoy soup & sandwich. Try your luck panning for gold. Return to your hotel. Overnight at Denali. Travel to Talkeetna for a historical walking tour or museum visit to discover this former pioneer mining & trapping settlement. Embark on a spectacular flightseeing trip to Mt. McKinley. If weather permits, land on a spectacular glacier. Depart Talkeetna to Anchorage with a stop at the Husky farm for an opportunity to go on a dog sled ride on wheels through the forest.

IT-3 GIRDWOOD - SEWARD 3-DAY TOUR

Day 1 Anchorage Arrival - Crow Creek - Girdwood

Day 2 Girdwood - Seward

Day 3 Seward - Anchorage - Departure

Travel by bus to Girdwood along Turnagain Arm, famous for its bore tide. Watch for whales, dall sheep, eagles, and more along the drive. Once you in Girdwood, stop at Crow Creek Mining area to try your luck panning for gold and see the old gold rush era items. Continue to Alyeska Resort and enjoy a tram ride up Mount Alyeska to the Seven Glaciers Restaurant. Have dinner with a great view! Overnight in Girdwood at the Alyeska Resort. Enjoy the scenic drive to the fishing town of Seward. Embark on a 2.5 hour Fjord Wildlife Tour. This tour of the Bay offers spectacular scenery and marine wildlife viewing . Enjoy a box lunch during your boat ride. Go inland to beautiful Exit Glacier. Top off a memorable day with a sled dog experience. Board one of the special wheeled sleds and go dog mushing. Dinner. Overnight in Seward. Stop at Portage Glacier to visit the Begich-Boggs Visitor Center & see the magnificent movie "Voices from the Ice" to learn about glaciers. Visit the Wildlife park to see the Big Game animals safari-style. Continue to Anchorage along this beautiful route through the mountains and forests and a long the ocean. Potter Marsh, a waterfowl sanctuary with a boardwalk, is an optional stop.
