British Isles Tour 2001

Day One: Wednesday, June 27, 2001

     The ACC Touring Choir, staff members, chaperones, family members and friends gathered at Stevens International Airport at 7:00 a.m., Wednesday morning. Northwest Flight 846 took off without a hitch at 9:09 a.m. and arrived at Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport about 5:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m. in Anchorage).

        After an almost two-hour stopover, the group departed on Northwest Flight 44 at 6:56 p.m. CDT (3:56 p.m. in Anchorage) and arrived safely at Gatwick Airport in London at 8:10 a.m. BST, Thursday, July 28 (11:10 p.m. Wednesday in Anchorage). A long, exciting day!
