(Due to insurance requirements and the safety of all (due to the very swift and cold moving water of the Kenai River), children under the age of 18 can only allowed on property with parents and must be directly supervised by parents at ALL times.  We are happy to suggest B&Bs within walking distance if you prefer so your party can still be together if needed.  Safety for all is our #1 concern.
