Migratory Bird Update

Our last issue featured an article on the Migratory Bird Treaty Act by Carl Jack. Since that time, we have received comments by individuals and organizations. It is clear from these comment that the Treaty is still a work in progress, especially in regards to enforcement issues. Come to our conference for more information regarding this issue.
